Default Inventory delivery method

Where do you go to change the default for invoice delivery method?  It appears that our company file is defaulting to email invoices to customers but we would like the default to be mail delivery.

I'm happy to help you change the default to mail delivery in QuickBooks. This process is easy and only takes a few clicks:

 

  1. Go to the Edit tab and select Preferences.
  2. Choose the Send Forms tab.
  3. Pick the Company Preferences tab.
  4. Choose the drop-down beside Delivery Method Default, and pick Mail.
  5. Press OK.

 

It's that easy. Now you'll be able to send your Invoices using mail delivery instead of the email method.
