Delete versus inactivating items

How can I contact QBO to request that they add a "delete" option for chart of accounts and items?   I prefer delete.  If I need that account or item in the future, I'll create it again.  Chances are I wouldn't remember it was inactivate and end up creating it again anyway.

Delete versus inactivating items

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online (QBO) for your business needs, CT58.

I can see it’s useful for you to be able to delete accounts and items in QBO. However, this feature is currently unavailable. That said, I'm taking note of your requests.
