So I received multiple payments from different customers and deposited all the payments at the same time through the "Make Deposits" window. Now I am trying to match up "Bank Feed" transactions (which are the individual checks I deposited in my bank) to QB transactions but I can't find the individual QB deposit transactions because they were added to the -split- account (when I check in "Use Register"). If I click on "Match to existing transactions" in the "Bank Feeds" window the individual QB deposit transactions don't even appear.

If the payments were deposited to your account individually in the real world, then do the same in QuickBooks so you can reconcile the account properly.
In this case, delete that deposit and then re-create deposits that match what actually happened and then what's in QuickBooks will match the real world.
Hello there, Walker_Sorlie.
I'm here to help you with how to match your deposits in QuickBooks Desktop.
If there's no payment created in QuickBooks Desktop yet, you can match the existing account to search for open invoices. However, if you already made a payment, then select the invoices included matching the deposits. Here's an article you need on how to receive payments in QBDT: Record an invoice payment.
Also, you can check these articles about matching bank feeds as well as reconciling accounts in QBDT:

Hey thanks for the answer. I was hoping there would be a way to do this without deleting the deposits but I misunderstood what the QB deposit window fundamentally is and used it incorrectly. Thanks for the answer!
