When exporting from Desktop to Online QB I may have jumped the gun....."Everything" was exported!! And now I can't clean up or delete or make inactive Customers, Vendors, Accounts, etc., etc. Just Can't-doesn't allow.
I want to subscribe to the online version but not if it's going to be more trouble than it's worth.
Or.....since this is still a trial version, should I cancel current company
It can feel like a lot of work, transferring over all your information from one product (Desktop) to another (Online) but i'll give you a few tricks and tips you can try, that will get your Online account all set up, just how you want it.

Once you've completed those steps or if you need assistance with them, I suggest reaching out to our support team. To do that, sign into your QuickBooks Online account and follow these steps:
Click the help (?) icon at the top right
Choose Contact us
type your issue in the new text box
Click Chat with an agent now or get a call back
Depending on which method you decided (Chat or Call back) you'll either be automatically connected to a live agent via chat or you'll receive a call from the next available agent to further assist you.
