Desktop Application Quick books Pro 2019

no matter what i do this dam program will not remember my last desktop settings.

please just don't state the obvious and think your job is done. FIX THE DAM PROGRAM

I have tried the repair , I have tried all the settings in the Desktop view settings.

I appreciate you voicing out, trying some test and providing an update, @Paganetti.

 

Since performing the Repair tool didn't do the trick, I recommend doing a Clean Install. This will help replace the QuickBooks Desktop software on your computer and the files used to install it.

 

Before performing the steps below, please create a backup copy of your company file first.

  1. Open the Windows Start Menu. Search for “Control Panel” and open Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
  3. Select the version of QuickBooks Desktop you're having problems with from the list of installed programs.
  4. Select Uninstall/Change and follow the onscreen instructions. If you don’t see this option, sign out and sign back in to Windows as an admin (or a user with admin rights).

Then, download the QuickBooks Tools Hub and run the Clean Install tool from there.
