Hi Everyone,
I'm setting up my new business and today I purchased QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2021 and QuickBooks Payroll Annual Enhanced Accountant Unlimited Employees. After I made a payment for the Bundle package, tried to activate the Payroll account but the system shows as unable to process activation and the product is discontinued. I'm wondering that how did Intuit make me to purchase a discontinued product and there is no assistant regarding this issue. They made me to pay for it first and later it just say "this is discontinued". Where I can get a refund or where can I get help to solve this issue?
Is there anyone who had/having the same problem as me?
I tried to reach out any assistant that is available but nothing so far.

Thank you so much for the help! I was able to activate the product this morning. That is so weird that it ended up as discontinued product and unable to process with me but one of QuickBooks experts was super helpful and knowledgeable to solve this issue.
