I can share some update about the AMEX transactions not syncing in Quickbooks.
Our product engineers have identified this as an ongoing issue and are currently working on a fix. While this issue is under investigation, I recommend giving our QuickBooks Online Care Team a quick call so you'll be added to our notification list of affected users.
Here's how to contact us:
On your QuickBooks account, click the Help icon.
Click the Contact us button.
That should get you on the right track, @ben9. You can have our representatives add you to the investigation number INV-25254. Once added, you'll get live email notifications when an update is available.
Additionally, if you have transactions dated at least 2 days ago, please follow the troubleshooting steps listed below:
On your QBO account, click the Banking menu.
Go to the Banking tab.
Select the correct account then click the Update button.
Sort the banking transactions table on the For Review tab by date and go through every transaction within a 3-4 day period around the date of the transaction that does not seem to be in QuickBooks.
Click In QuickBooks tab to make sure the transaction wasn’t already accepted into QuickBooks when using Bank Rules.
Click into the Excluded tab to make sure the transaction hasn’t been excluded.
I appreciate your time getting in touch with us today. Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be more than happy to help you anytime.
