If you’re using the QuickBooks Money mobile app, please note that it has been discontinued. To access your account, you’ll need to use a web browser.
However, if your QuickBooks Payments account is linked to an active QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Solopreneur subscription, you can still deposit checks through the QBO mobile app.
Here's how:
- Tap Menu, then select Cash Flow, followed by Cash Flow Overview.
- From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
- Select Deposit checks. If this option isn’t available, it means you aren't eligible at this time.
- Enter the check amount, ensuring it does not exceed the limit displayed on the screen.
