Hello there. It's a good idea to check your file size to help QuickBooks run smoothly. In QuickBooks Desktop, there's a simple shortcut that shows you important details about your file.
Press F2 or Ctrl+1, then check the File Information section. Look for the line labeled File Size to see how big your file is, shown in kilobytes.

Any specific concerns?
I am concerned my file is getting too big. I recently moved to a new computer running Windows 11 Pro and I keep getting kicked out of QuickBooks when trying to print or do other things. Constantly running the QB Tool Hub which does not seem to help any of the issues. All of my templates have to be setup again and I have over 50 as the logo no longer prints correctly either.
Since you're using Premier Plus, you should keep your company file size below 300 MB to minimize issues. If not, try condensing your company file to reduce its size.
Hi! Aside from what @SIAB suggested about your company file, you can also resolve the issue of getting kicked out in QuickBooks when printing by restarting your temp folder permissions.
Since you're running Windows 11, ensure your Microsoft XPS Document Writer is on in Windows Features before continuing, and allow your computer to print this file type. You can read this article for more information: Fix PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.
For the missing templates, there's a QuickBooks Desktop backup process that includes data related to the company files and is kept safe in a special folder during the restore process. You must manually copy them to the appropriate directory and overwrite existing default templates and files created by other users.
Only the files that existed on the computer where the backup was created can be restored. Also, you can reach out to an IT expert nearby for additional guidance on these technical processes.
Then, for your logo printing issue, you'll need to determine if it's due to the template you've used. You can find them in this article: Fix common issues when you use and customize templates.
