Does anyone know why I was able to get into the time area for my client two days ago but now I am not able? I have access to everything so why can I not get there now?

Now I get a Lock icon and this message. You need access to use QuickBooks Time Contact your admin and have them turn on team member access for you.

As an administrator, you're still able to view all your clients' timesheets. To resolve the error message you've encountered, I suggest contacting our Live Support team. They can look into this issue further and offer additional guidance to help resolve it.

 

To reach them, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern. Then, click Continue.
  4. Choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
