Does anyone know why the chat feature and call feature are disabled? How do we talk to a representative?

However, if you still want to speak with our agents, I'll definitely guide you on how: 

1. Open the QB Assistant chat box by clicking the Help menu.
2. You'll be presented with a list of options. Simply click Talk to a human. 
3. Select Get help from a human.
4. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
