To give you the right amount of information, can you verify to me if what specific problem are you experiencing with your software? Have you received an error message while working with QuickBooks Online (QBO)?


At this point, let's try a few steps to determine if this has something to do with your browser. It's always a good idea to clear the cache of your browser on a regular basis. Your browser tends to hold onto information and could cause problems with logging in or bringing up websites.


Before clearing the cache, you can try opening your browser in an incognito/private mode to see if the problem occurs only on the browser you're using. To access your account using a private browser, you can use either of the following shortcut keys:


  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works fine using a private window, I suggest clearing the cache of your regular web browser.
