- Go to Settings, and select Audit log.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.

If you don't have the Filter option, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies which store old data. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted cache files can cause problems when loading websites. Ensure that your browser is updated regularly, then use other supported browsers. Updates fix bugs that can impact how QuickBooks Online functions. Using an outdated browser may lead to issues.
