First of all, I want to make sure that your initial issue has been resolved. If you could please provide me with some more details as to what you were experiencing, I would be happy to take a look and help get it taken care of. 

 

The QuickBooks Online chat support is up and running, and they are open on weekdays from 6 AM-6 PM (PST). However, if you wish to speak to a live phone representative, you can reach them through these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live agent.
