I can help you get this sorted out, Selah.
It could be that the Import Style feature hasn't turned on yet in the Settings preventing you from seeing this option. Let's enable this feature by performing the steps I outlined below:

I also added this article that provides information about customizing sales forms in QBO: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online
If I can be of any additional assistance about importing styles in QBO, please do add them below. I'll be happy to help.
I had already done that, following this article like I mentioned: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/global/importing-and-exporting-data/import-custom-form-s...
However, the option still doesn't show up in the dropdown.

You may be experiencing some browser-related issues. We can fix this by running some troubleshooting steps.
First, let's open QuickBooks on a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
Second, if it works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.
Then, we also have the option to use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Feel free to check this article that has detailed information when mapping the form style: Design Your Custom Form Style.
Don't hesitate to mention my name if you need help. Take care!
Thanks for your reply. I cleared the cache on both Chrome and Firefox, as well as used Incognito/Private browsing mode and still don't see the option even though the plugin is enabled. Not sure if it has something to do with my account itself? Or maybe I just need to give it time. I also tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating it again a couple times, but it still didn't work.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this Import Styles option problem, @Selah.

However, if you're an admin already and the problem continues, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools that can help investigate the root cause of this hurdle and apply a resolution.
