download entire transaction history from last year

Thank you for raising your concern here in the Community. I'd be glad to walk you through on how to export your 2025 transactions to a csv file.

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks account and log in.
2. From the left hand menu, click on the Transaction tab.
3. Use the filter tool on the page to set the Date Range to the year 2025.
4. Go to the Gear icon on the top right of the transaction page.
5. Select Download transactions or Export to CSV.

Open the downloaded CSV file in a spreadsheet app to check and confirm that it includes all the correct 2025 transactions.
