If you're referring SHIP TO as the Drop Ship field, we can manually remove it from your customer's information.
If you've ticked the Default shipping address box on your customer's profile, the SHIP TO field will be automatically filled in.
We can remove it by deselecting their default shipping address. Let me guide you with these steps:
- From the Customers menu, select Customer Center.
- Find and double-click the customer's name.
- Go to the Address Info tab.
- Deselect the Default shipping address box under the SHIP TO section.
- Select OK.
- Click No.
