E-mailed invoice links are temporarily unavailable or the invoice details are unavailable

A number of our customers are stating they are having problems with the invoices that we e-mailed out today. When they click the "view and pay now" link the page it brings them to says "temporarily unavailable" or if the screen eventually does load the area where it shows the invoice details is not displaying. 

 

Prior to this year we have never had this problem. Now the problem occurs intermittently. 

 

Is this a problem with Intuit's servers? I believe it is, because when I check the same links they are clicking intermittently the page loads correctly and sometimes 

 

If not, how do I resolve this issue?

We're receiving reports that other users are getting this error message as well. We would like to inform you that this has already been escalated to our engineering team and they're working closely to get this issue resolved.

 

While they do, I would advise you to reach out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support. This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the INV-36699. Any progress will be communicated via email.

 

Here's how to reach us:

 

  1. Within your QuickBooks Desktop, click Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. In order to route you to the correct support expert, we need to know what type of question you have. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  4. We’ll provide you a few options. You choose which one is best for you.
