I want to update my email address to a new email address. I have done this on my desktop and it is correct. I am still only receiving email confirmation concerning tax payment and direct deposit to my old email address. I have called into the customer help number of [removed] four different times and spent over an hour each time on the phone, being assured that the issue has corrected.
I spoke with a manager yesterday her name was Mary. Please could I get someone to call me or help me with this matter.
