I run my QB through right networks.  I can't email a report through QB.  I used to be able to when I had QB desktop.  Is there a setting I am missing to do?

Hello cab21!

The Right Networks is used to host your QuickBooks Desktop files so you can access them remotely. Allow me to help you in fixing the email issue in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based software already. Its performance also depends on your browser and internet speed. You'll want to send the report using a private browser. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error.

These are some of the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

Also, I suggest clearing the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can fix any browser-related issues, too.

You'll want to check this link: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. This will show you the steps on how to get the right data when running reports.

Post again here if you have additional concerns with your reports. I'll be glad to help.

I have google chrome as a browser.  I never had a problem with the desktop version.  does anyone out there have Right Networks and can email from Quickbooks?
