Emailing Invoices etc.

I have attached my E-mail to QB for emailing Invoices etc. How do I change the default "signature" area of the email that has already been originated by Quickbooks?

Follow these easy steps:


  1. Go to the menu tab, click Edit then Preferences.
  2. On the left panel, select Send Forms.
  3. Click Company Preferences tab and have these options:
    •    Delivery Method Default: E-mail
       Email Templates: Invoices
  4. Afterwards, click the Add Template button.
  5. Modify the signature field then Save.
  6. Make sure that the new template is the Current Default.
  7. Once done, click OK.

This new template will take effect moving forward.
