Join nowOne thing we use QB for is generating tax deductible receipts for our non-profit. When we go to email receipts to our donors, their email addresses automatically generate in the "to" line and all we have to do is push "send." However, when we go to email our donors their year-end giving reports, QB doesn't automatically generate the donors' email addresses. That means we have to go to each individual donor's info, copy their email address, re-open their year-end report, and paste their email address before sending it. This is a real pain and takes a lot of time. Is there a way for QB to automatically generate donors' email addresses for the year-end reports the same way it does for receipts?
