Hello. I have an Epson ES-500WR scanner and am trying to export data into my "OPEN" Quickbooks Desktop Premier Contractor Edition 2019. While in Receipt/Invoice Manager at the "Expense Transaction" point, I locate the company file, but I'm not able to see the entire file name, specifically the backup information (file back up name, date, time, etc.). When I choose the file name (without the backup part info i.e. file back up name, date, time, etc), it comes back to me stating "Quickbooks Desktop is not running. Open Quickbooks Desktop and try again"....but my Quickbooks is OPEN. I've restarted my computer, restarted Epson ES-500WR and nothing seems to be working. I'm not understanding why when in Epson, I'm not able to see the entire file name (which is the reason why the file is not able to export). I can see the entire file name when I look at
