Let's download and install QuickBooks Tools Hub to isolate this issue. Let me guide you how.
- Close your QuickBooks.
- Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
- Open the file you downloaded.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
- Once the installation is done, double-click the icon in your Windows desktop.
Once open:
- Select the Program Problems in the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
- Click Quick Fix my Program.
- Start QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and open your data file.
