I am receiving an error that reads "Your last online connection was not completed. Quickbooks is having a problem recovering from this condition. Please contact Technical Support for online banking" Is there a way to troubleshoot this on my own?

What task were you trying to do in QuickBooks when this message comes up? Is this showing from the Bank Feeds or Chart of Accounts screen? Any information will help us resolve the problem.
In the meantime, let's update QuickBooks to the latest release. Doing so can fix any minor issues in the program. Once done, run the Verify and Rebuild Utility Tool to diagnose data issues.
