error with login to merchant account for a week now

I called support but not helpful. The answer was it will be fixed in day or two. Still nothing

Hi Fish 00,

 

Have you tried logging into Merchant Service Center inside your QuickBooks? If not, here's how:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Account and Settings.
  3. Select Payments from the left hand column.
  4. Select Manage details in the merchant details section. This will open a new tab in your browser and will automatically log you in to the merchant center.

Please make sure that you are logged in as the Master Admin or a current user of the Merchant Service Center. 

 

Are you still getting the same page? If so, we need to investigate the cause of it. For now, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team again so they can report it to our engineers. They can also check if there's an ongoing maintenance.  That could be the possible reason why you can't log in.
