How do I fix my app showing a "qeuryprocessingerror:null"

Hi @Henryww3,

 

This unexpected behavior can be caused by too much cache. To fix this, you'll have to reset your app. See the steps below on how to do it:

 

  1. Click the Main menu () in the upper-left corner.
  2. Scroll down and select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.

If this won't work, you can uninstall and reinstall your app.
