Errors in payment settlement

I have installed the QB on desktop computer and when I try to settle the outstanding of suppliers this error keep coming. Reinstalled the software would not help or repairing tool. What can I do?' Thanks

There are possible reasons behind the QuickBooks Error Connection Has Been Lost. Among these are:

 

  • QuickBooks is not up-to-date.
  • Network connectivity issue.
  • The folder, where the QBW file is saved, needs additional permission.
  • Anti-Virus or firewall is interfering with QuickBooks.
  • Power saving options are enabled.
  • The Company file is damaged (corrupted).

 

If you have stored the QBW file on another computer (the one that hosts the file), check if that computer is still attached over the network. The program should remain connected to avoid getting this error.

 

After that, let's update your QuickBooks Desktop to its latest release. It's a good start when it comes to fixing program-related issues. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help at the top menu bar and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Update Now tab.
  3. Select Get Updates to start the download.
  4. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
  5. Accept the option to install the new release.

Once, you can restart your QuickBooks Desktop. Closing and opening the QBW file may help in solving the connectivity issue.

I updated the QB and did all recommended actions. Nothing works for me for the moment.

 

i have installed the QB in desktop computer and therefore database is also installed on same computer

  1. Go to the Help menu, then choose  QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter the error in the description box and hit Let's talk
  4. Pick an option to connect them and submit the request.
