I have cleared my browser and every time I try to access Priority Circle or the Chat/Call back directly from my QB Online, it gives me an error. Either, "Something's not quite right" or "That didn't quite work."
Even when calling the Priority Circle phone number, I am directed to use the online chat functions with no access to speak to a live agent. These errors all occur when I am already signed into my QB account.
