Hello there, Candy Land.

It's my pleasure to assist you today.

You can run a report for Transaction Detail by Account and filter the Transaction Type to show only the estimates and the Posting status to non-posting.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Choose Accountant & Taxes.
  3. Click Transaction Detail by Account.
  4. Click Customize Report.
  5. Click the Filters tab.
  6. Enter Transaction Type.
  7. Choose Estimate.
  8. Click OK.

On the other note, there isn't an option to remove the rate and the total column from your Estimate screen. I'd suggest sending a feature request to have this option added in QuickBooks Desktop.

Here's how:

  1. Choose the Help menu.
  2. Click Send Feedback Online.
  3. Select Product Suggestion.
  4. Enter your feature request.
  5. Click Send Feedback.

To check for the new available features in QuickBooks Desktop, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Click New Features.
  3. Choose What's New/New Feature Tour.

For additional help, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support. They'll be able to guide you through the whole steps.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help  you with. I'm always here to further assist.
