When using Intuit's QuickBooks Online mobile app for iOS, you'll still have to sign in with your email address and password. You can bypass this and save time accessing your books by using an App PIN or Touch ID. Currently, there isn't an option for Face ID. I can see how this would be a useful feature for some users and have submitted feedback to our Product Development Team so it can be considered in future updates.

Here's how to set up a Touch ID on an iPhone:
1. From your Menu (), go to Settings.
2. Move the App Pin button right to turn it on.
3. Slide the Touch ID button right to activate it.
4. Close and re-open the application.

I've also included steps for setting up App PINs on iPhones:
1. Access your device's Settings, then App PIN.
2. Slide the App PIN button until it shows it's turned on.
3. Select and confirm a code you'll use to open your app.

You can find more information about using PINs and IDs to sign in to the QBO mobile application in our following resource: Use a PIN or Touch ID to sign into the QuickBooks Online app (iOS only)

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Enjoy the rest of your day!
