This error occurs because another user saved changes to the account just before you did. To prevent account conflicts, have only one person edit the Chart of Accounts at a time.
To determine who made the changes and when, refer to the audit log. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Audit log.
- Use the Filter option to narrow results by User, Date, or Events.
- Apply to view the filtered audit records.
If the audit log shows no changes, you can proceed to re-enable the account numbers. Before making updates, please refresh the page to ensure you’re working with the latest information.
