There are a few things we need to consider before you start a new QBO account, Brian.
You can cancel your current QBO subscription if you can retrieve your bank data starting 2015 to present. It's easier to import those transactions on a new account. This way, they'll be automatically linked to the correct credit card account.
However, if your bank can't provide the data, you'll have to manually link each transaction to the correct account.
I'd also suggest giving us a call. We can check what caused the expenses to be linked to the wrong bank account, and help you further.
