Re: Expired Billing Card Error

Welcome to the Intuit Community, TDK Ewusi.

I can share some information about this error you're currently experiencing.

We’ve received reports that some customers are unable to update their clients' billing information (INV-27832). Our product engineers are working on getting this issue fix as soon as possible.

While waiting for the permanent fix, enter this link inside your QBO company: https://c18.qbo.intuit.com/app/subscribe. This way, you'll be able to enter the new credit card information.

To keep you in the loop, I suggest signing up for our notification list. This way, you'll receive email updates for the resolution status.

I'm unable to collect personal data here in the Community for the safety of the account. I suggest contacting our QBO Care Team to add your company to the list of affected users.

To reach them:

  1. In the upper right hand, choose the Help icon.
  2. Click on the Contact us button located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter the issue/topic.
  4. Select on how you want to reach our support team: Message an Agent or We’ll call you.

If the permanent solution is available, I’ll let you know by updating this thread.

Keep me posted on how things go after contacting them. I want to make sure you’re all set with this concern.
