Make sure your Total Targets < 350K or condense your data to lower it.

I can help you resolve the error you're having to export from QuickBooks Desktop for Mac to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @merchant-csinext. 

You can resolve this by updating your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac to the latest release. Check the following steps:

1. Go to the QuickBooks menu, select Check for QuickBooks Updates.
2. Click Install Updates.
3. Once done, restart QuickBooks and try to export your data once again.

If the same error persists, it's possible that there are some minor data issues with your company file that's why you're having an error when exporting your file. Try running the Rebuild and Verify Utility tool. The Verify Data will identify any data issues within your company file. Then, the Rebuild tool will self-resolve it.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the File menu, then select Utilities and choose Rebuild Data.
2. Click OK in the QuickBooks Information window.
3. Wait until the repair is done. Then, click OK.
4. Then, go back to the File menu and select Utilities and choose Verify Data.
5. Click OK if QuickBooks doesn't find any problems. Or Rebuild Now if it finds issues with your company file.

I am using QB 2023 for Mac and I've followed the steps you've articulated. I've rebuilt and verified but still the export fails.

How big is your Total Target?

Try opening the sample file and converting it to QB Online. Did you encounter the same problem?

I've already exported one company I do reporting for and that went just fine. However, this one has not.

How big is the Total Target?

Less than 1,000 transactions.

Your file may be corrupted. Chat Support and ask them to check your file. Another option, ask a 3rd party service provider to check your file and get a second opinion.
