We recently updated to QB Enterprise 21 on Desktop. We have been using FAM, but when trying to access it after updating but receive this message: Select the action you want to preform-Create new, transfer, reconnect, or restore. Did we need to specifically save a backup of FAM instead of just a backup of the entire QB file?
