First date of use

Hi there, @Marat

I can walk you through the steps on how to check the first date of use of QuickBooks Desktop in your account.

Let's open the Product Information in your QuickBooks Desktop to check the date installed, product name, and number. Simply press F2 on your keyboard.

See the sample screenshot below for your reference:

Also, we notify you in advance if your product will nearly be expired through mail or in-product notifications discontinued. Keep an eye out for updates on our plans as they become available. For more information, you may check out this article: Find QuickBooks Desktop and Point of Sale product and license info.

You can also have an option to manage and update your QBDT subscription and services by logging in to the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs). For more details, visit this article: What is CAMPs, and how do I use it?.

Additionally, please check out our FAQ's about upgrading your account for your future reference: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.

Please feel free to get me in the loop if you have any more questions about your QuickBooks account. I'm here to lend you a helping hand anytime.

Hi @Marat , thank you for posting in quickbooks community.

You could use the QB after you subscribe it. In addition, here i give you article about Get start with QB desktop . You could use these link : https://quickbooks.grsm.io/US

First date of use

I'm sorry I probably asked the wrong question. The QuickBooks is working for a long time, but how to find out the first date it is working?

I'm unloading data from QuickBooks with Web-Connector. When I'm trying to unload all the available data it's getting stuck. So I'm trying to load all the data month after month. But I need to find a first date to start
