I can walk you through the steps on how to check the first date of use of QuickBooks Desktop in your account.
Let's open the Product Information in your QuickBooks Desktop to check the date installed, product name, and number. Simply press F2 on your keyboard.

I'm sorry I probably asked the wrong question. The QuickBooks is working for a long time, but how to find out the first date it is working?
I'm unloading data from QuickBooks with Web-Connector. When I'm trying to unload all the available data it's getting stuck. So I'm trying to load all the data month after month. But I need to find a first date to start
