You should be able to seamlessly start using the QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019 program and import your company files after the installation and activation process. When you're unable to get past the password verification process there's a need to further check your account setup. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account information and guide you with a fix.
We've updated our support options in QBDT. You can contact us from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Then, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Saturday. Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
