It's always great to see a new face in the Community. We're aware of an on-going issue with revoked certificates being displayed within QuickBooks Accountant Desktop. Our Engineering Team is working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. If you'd like to be added to a list of affected users, then I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to add you to the list and get you set up to receive updates about the issue via email. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Give a brief description of the problem you're having and press Continue.
- Select the contact option that would be best for you.
