Fixed Asset Manager

Hello,

I'm having a problem with Quickbooks Fixed Asset Manager saving information.  Whenever I log into FAM the changes I've made on a previous day are not being saved, so I have to go back in to each asset (that is being brought over from the QB list) and override the accumulated depreciation, so that it would equal what was taken in a prior application.  I also notice that the columns options that I've set in View preferences are not being saved, either, which is not a big deal.  I just want to give all the info I can think of in case it helps.  Thank you in advance for any suggestions!!

Hi srich754,

The FAM file might be damaged that's why they are not saving. We can run a Verify Data Utility fix this. During the process of verifying data and you'll see a prompt that indicates, Your data has lost integrity, proceed to Rebuild Data Utility

Re: Fixed Asset Manager

Awesome!  Thank you for responding.  I will go through the process once everyone else in the office is out of Quickbooks, and see if it solves the problem.

Thank you for your help!  I did a rebuild and verify and new information seems to be saving correctly!  I really appreciate it!
