Follow up of a response

I submitted a question and received an email with an answer that didn't fix the problem.  I couldn't respond to the email as it was a "do not respond" email address.  Now I can't find my original question or respond to the person who suggested a solution.  Can I go back somewhere and find that conversation?

First off, the email you received is a notification from Intuit letting you know that one of my colleagues responded to your post. For more details, you can refer to this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

 

Then, you can follow these steps for you to respond to your post:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Community page.
  2. Click the profile icon beside your username.
  3. Select My profile.
  4. Choose the Replies or Posts tab.
  5. Click one of your posts.
