If your receipt is too long and requires multiple photos, combine these images into one file or merge them into a single PDF before uploading because the program only allows you to upload one attachment per receipt.

 

This method ensures that the entire receipt is included in one file, preventing QBO from creating multiple entries for a single receipt.
