For whatever reason I keep getting a delivery failure when I approve your quote. The quote is approved. Move forward with ordering the parts.

There are things we need to check which could be the reason for getting delivery failures. The first one is making sure that the email fields are complete and in the correct format.
Also, please check if there are special characters like ! @ # $ % ^ &. This results in an error so you'll want to delete them. Attachment should not be more than 25 MB and not Zip files. Please check this link for more details: Delivery Errors when trying to email a sales form.
