FORCING BILL.COM on us

I am really annoyed by the "schedule Payment" option at the expense of being able to enter my payment info easily. We are way too sophisticated to use some BS "service" like bill.com and yet every time I need to mark that we have paid a bill, I am stuck with clicking that option before I can tell it I do not want to use bill.com. How do we get QBO to stop forcing a third party app on us. We already pay for a subscription that is more than 5x the price that it was a few years ago, now we constantly have to defend our clients against the predatory practices of this awful parent company? Does no one there think about the customer experience or is it all just about how many things they can trick people into subscribing and paying for even when it is not needed? I HATE bill.com and will never use them.  I should not be forced into clicking to sign up every time I want to mark a bill as paid. This is adding multiple steps to my process and the clients are asking what this is all the time. No one I know of wants to use it. I don't want to use any billpay app, but there are definitely better ones out there than what INTUIT wants to force down our throats.  Thoughts on getting INTUIT to stop these predatory practices?

FORCING BILL.COM on us

We certainly don't want you to feel that way, MayaD77.

We aim to provide the best services we have and share the experience to pay bills at your convenience. The Schedule payment option helps you pay your bills online for a faster transaction.

If you prefer to print a check, you can select Mark as paid. This will open the Bill Payment window where you can select the Print check option.
