From address displaying incorrectly

I have Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017 R16P (27.0.4016.0 in the update dialog box) installed on four computers and a server for sharing our company file.

 

Sometime recently, but before this latest round of updates (I installed the latest QB update on 4/6), the from address started dropping the address line and only displaying the suite number.

 

What I've checked so far:

  • I checked the Company -> My Company and confirmed the address is correct and unchanged.
  • We have a custom invoice, which is not much different from the standard invoice template. If I select a different invoice template the address is displayed incorrectly
  • I have done a backup and verify of the company file

Now for the extra oddity: one of the users displays the correct address. Separate user from me, different computer and his displays everything correctly, the other three of us display incorrect. If I sign in on my computer with his login the address is displayed correctly. I confirmed using his login on any of the other computers in the office results in the address displaying correctly. I logged back in with my user name and it displayed correct. Problem solved.. I thought. I came in this morning and logged in with my account and the address is wrong again. The computer did not reboot overnight, no updates were installed, nothing changed.  I confirmed signing in with the working account, signing out and back in with my account "fixes" it, but that's hardly a fix.
