Getting QB to remember the invoice without having to find it each I run a invoice especially my designed one

Welcome to Community, @Dandsigns.

 

I have some information about making your custom invoice as a default template. While there isn't an option to set up a default template, QuickBooks has the ability to remember the last template you're using from the previous transaction. Let me walk you through how.

 

  1. Go to your Home Page, tick the Create Invoices icon.
  2. Select your designed invoice from the Template drop-down.
  3. Enter the invoice details.
  4. Click Save & Close.

When you open a new invoice the default template will be the same as your previous invoice transaction. The same goes for your estimate. See the attached screenshot below.
