Getting this error code: (Error code:-81709)

Hello there, ahmad4.

 

Can you tell where in QuickBooks the error occurs? I'd like to gather more details to figure out the possible caused of the error you've experienced.

 

However, we can start refreshing your browser to optimize QuickBooks experience. All we have to do is click the Reload icon or press F5 on your keyboard. If doing these won't work, we can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. It helps the software to run better on your computer.

 

It could be that our data is holding too much cache that makes QuickBooks to not work properly. If you haven't tried them yet, you can sign in by following the shortcut keys below, depending on what browser you're using. 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If there's be no error similar to what you have received, we can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. This is to start your data fresh and help QuickBooks to work well. Also, you can use other supported browsers like Mozilla, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. For Safari, make sure to use the latest one.
