It's great to see you back in the Community. Allow me to share some insight into downloading your data from QuickBooks Online.
The best route for you would be to backup your data. However, this feature is only available with QBO Advanced. If you use this version, check out this guide for details instructions on how to perform a back up:

If you're using another version, we have a new streamlined feature to simply download some of the most needed lists and reports. Also, you could review our Apps website. This site will give you lists of app that could help provide a continuous backup.
