Hi, @tom276. Since Golden 1 Credit Union recently updated their system, your existing QuickBooks connection is likely using an outdated security protocol. To fix this, you’ll need to re-authenticate the link between the two platforms.

To verify your bank access, log in directly to your bank's website. Complete any pending security prompts and accept any new Terms of Service. Once you can view your dashboard and transactions, your account is ready to sync.

To ensure you are using the latest authentication protocol, please don't attempt to edit your existing connection. Instead, navigate to the Link Account page in QuickBooks and paste the bank's URL directly into the search field. This ensures that the system recognizes the updated secure bank login page.

You can also consider @SIAB's recommendation to roll out the browser/cache-related issue.

Please let me know if you encounter any specific error codes during the reconnection process. I'm here to help ensure your transactions start flowing in again.

Nothing has worked. Intuit doesn't recognize the Golden 1 Credit Union at all.

Hello Tom276. I totally understand how frustrating it is to go through all those steps only for the system to still not recognize your bank.

To ensure we get this synchronized as quickly as possible, I recommend moving this to our live support team. They have the specialized tools to examine the connection's inner workings and can work with you in real-time to identify why the search isn't populating the bank's new platform.

Go to the Help (?) icon, then select the Assistance tab. Click on Talk to a human or type Contact Support. Choose either to start a Chat or get a Callback to receive help.

To ensure timely assistance, please check our support hours.

Feel free to reply to this post if you have more questions. We’re here to help.

@tom276

If the same problem persists, use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
