Got charged twice for quickbook monthly fee, how do I get a refund?

Checking the charges that you're getting requires pulling up your account, which we can't do here in the Community space for security purposes.

I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools that can pull your account in a secure environment and check why you're charged twice. They're also able to process a refund for you.

Here's how to reach them:

1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
2. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
4. Choose a way to connect with us.
